Once you have download an item, there is no way to “return” it. As such refunds cannot be provided unless we have made changes to these terms that materially affect you to your detriment. In exceptional cases, where applicable as follows, refunds are initiated. You can request for refund within 7 days from purchase date if:
- Until and unless you have not downloaded any product after purchase
- Item cannot function (only applicable on non-compatibility issues with same author collection of Plugins or themes)
